I called a spoke with your staff. Was told if i got you my art work prior to a cut off Tuesday at 5pm California time I would have it Friday pm NYC time. I even paid an extra $160 for shipping. The package was in production, and ready to ship. Only it said 11/14 it would come Monday, AFTER my event was over. Then, to add insult to injury, the web email they sent on 11/14, which said “the package is being delivered 11/18, Monday. However, given the email contents are driven by their website, they manipulated the screen to say (shipped, and delivered on 11/15, yet the email is dated 11/14). So tell me, how is it that they claim the item was shipped and delivers BEFORE the email was even read. It’s entirely deceptive. I would screen shot any future email from this company as their business practice is unethical. Why advertise what you can not deliver. Just cal yourself 6 day delivery.

Delivery was late. Paid $15 for postage and it was sent via USPS. Quality is shocking. their rounded corners looked like someone chewed them off! Literal rolling up of the paper on the cards - Just horrible!

So upset. They make it seem like it’ll come fast but it’s sooooooo misleading! Dont use this company! Use one that’ll be honest with you and clear about the delivery date!!!! If you’re going to name your company 48hour print, make it VERY clear that it’s 48 hours to print and then the 3-5 days or so that it’ll take to ship. So upset that i chose this company because it seemed it would arrive in time. My retreat is today and I should have received it. Great. Get to pay for something I don’t need.

I placed an order seven days before I needed it, for business cards to take to an important conference. I ordered on a Tuesday and paid the up charge for 2-day shipping (the quickest option). I was leaving on Sunday for the conference, which I assumed was enough time. The next day I received shipping confirmation and the order was arriving in 6 days (too late for me). I called customer service and they apologized but did not fix the problem. I was left without business cards, and out $75.

I Ordered a retractable banner. The first time I used it the banner pulled out of the retracting unit. Did not even get to use it at the convention I attended. Very Very dissappointed!!!

Product=no. Accountability=no. Customer Service=no. The ink color is wrong on my order. I put in a request for review/reprint, and received an email that I would receive a response within 48 hours. I did not. When I followed up, I spent nearly an hour being passed among 3 people. I was FINALLY (after much ado) told that they recognize the color is off, but they will not reprint. I got a partial refund, but now I still have to pay to reprint elsewhere. First and last time doing business with 48 Hour Print.

I ordered business cards, but the quality is incredibly disappointing. The portrait photo came out too dark, with a gray overlay. I contacted customer support and spent 30 minutes in a chat session. They requested various photos of the packaging and other details, seemingly aiming to frustrate me into giving up. Once I provided everything, the representative mentioned transferring the case to a 'specialist,' and now I find myself exchanging more photos with them. This customer service experience is dreadful. I advise avoiding this company if you seek quality service and excellent customer support. Have a look at their standard feedback below. This is what they do with a complaint. Send you a standard message after 2 weeks. This company sucks for real!
