Every part of the process was easy and straightforward except for the pickup. If i could rate just the pickup it would be one star, and that one star is only because the receptionist I eventually found was super nice. Long story short, the google maps listing for the cleveland location has not been updated and I spent nearly an hour trying to locate and then pickup my order.

Good quality, quick and great value in product. Shipping cost, not so much. But I keep ordering because the product is great.

The signs are beautiful, great color, and sturdy. The web page was way mor user friendly than others to use and they came quicker than expected. The only issue was that it wasn't clear that the yard signs did not come with the stakes and I had to find and buy those somewhere else

The initial online creator process is easy and great, however the 48 hr experience and communications lacking a bit. This area needs improvement. CASE: I had to make changes to a file (basically vectorizing the file). I had already paid for the banner. After re-upload I contacted support to let them know so my banner could be processed but never received an answer. This left me in limbo as to when my banner could be expected.... 5 days later banner was received.. but communication between consumer and support needs an upgrade. Keep in mind, some of us are working for clients that we need to communicate with as well. Over all good service, I will use again.

The first cards we received were terrible, they were cheap and all scratched up upon touching them. The second batch we ordered were plastic and turned out beautifully. They do however scratch easily but are aesthetically beautiful cards.

The print and card quality were excellent and turn around time was decent (not 48 hours though). Despite proofs being centered, some of the prints were slightly off by up to 1/16". It was mostly obvious because my design has borders. It probably wouldn't even be noticeable if not for that. I would still order from here again!

Customer service was great and help get this rush order through and sent out on time.

The prints came out fine ! It got to Dallas in time BUT was stuck at Fed Ex for 5 days . This was not expected!! my client didn’t have his brochures for his event because of Fed Ex . I would like to see the requirements for uploading artwork at the beginning of the process. Instead I just randomly came across the “requirements” while skimming through the “help” page This would have saved some time if I had known this in advance. This can easily be a “link” placed right above the “upload” section
