I ordered 23 posters on 5/21 thinking I would have them for my event on 6/1 - 48hour print does not mean you will have them even within a week! 2 of the 4 shipments came after our event started. I paid WAY too much to only have to buy them again from a local shop.

Price is good and quality is good, but customer service is terrible. You call and get someone overseas with long wait times and they're unable to help. Frustrating, any savings made by ordering from here is lost by the hours wasting dealing with abysmal service.

I still have not recive the other hald of my order it has been sitting for over a week and did not get it when i neeeded it for an event.

We placed an order for two retractable banners. At check out, we were given the option for two-day shipping and charged handsomely for it. A delivery date was provided. When the shipping tracking notice was emailed indicating the package was labeled but not yet picked up, we noted that the company had checked FedEx ground shipping which is a 3-7 day delivery window, not 2-day guaranteed. We immediately called customer service and spent 35 minutes on the phone to try to ensure that the packages could be relabeled to Fed Ex 2-Day as they had not yet been picked up. The rep was unable to help and offered ineffective solutions. Now we have to pray the package arrives on time. Go with another company. This company also sit on orders with a bogus 33-point, 48-hour order check process. All other reputable printers have integrated within their ordering process a check of designs for resolution, bleeds, etc. They wasted 48 hours checking a design that had no issues.

A cheeto was packaged with a set of my cards, resulting in oil getting on them. They were also improperly packaged, resulting on all of the cards receiving damage.

Order was split and one banner out of 9 were sent to Utah for printing and shipping. Keep things together so they arrive on time. Client on my end was not satisfied as the banner missed a game day deadline.

Trying to design a pop-up banner with them - they save you money by sending EVERYTHING customer related to Manila, and their staff has limited knowledge of the even MORE limited design tools. Software is clunky and hard to navigate. They need a complete redesign of the system.
