Very disappointing experience with 48HourPrint. I expected a straightforward printing service, but the experience left me extremely frustrated. The biggest issue for me was the gap between the fast turnaround I expected and what actually happened. Their “48 hour” promise has important conditions, and it does not mean your order will necessarily arrive within 48 hours. When problems happen, the refund and customer-service policies also feel very restrictive. I found complaints from other customers describing similar problems with delays, quality issues, refunds and communication, which made my experience even more concerning. I would strongly recommend reading the full terms and turnaround guarantee before placing an important or time-sensitive order. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about relying on them for an event or deadline where delays could cause a serious problem.

Items did not arrive in time for our event. Unfortunately they were not available to hand out to the staff when needed.

After I ordered my sign I noticed some mistakes with it. So I called in to make the edits. I was told they were corrected but my sign arrived without the edits.

The problem is they use second rate courier and my banner, which was ordered two weeks in advance never made it to my house on time because it was stuck in delivery. I understand it wasn’t 48 hours full but the people they hire to deliver their packages is not reliable. I therefore had to cancel my order and pay almost double the price for a local print agency to print same day.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with our recent business card orders. The most recent set we received, which was intended to replace a previous faulty order, was completely unacceptable. The cards were significantly off-center and printed on a different card stock than what was originally requested. This follows a poor experience with our first order, where the ink bled from the back of the cards onto the front. Because both the original and the replacement orders were of such low quality, we have had to dispose of all the cards. Due to these repeated issues, we will no longer be placing orders with your company.

They lie to you about delivery times and what is possible. I will NEVER again use them, we unfortunately received our flyers after the event was over, even though we ordered 5 days before the event.

The sign did not have the eyelets as ordered and have no way of hanging it without ripping it. Signs was great other then we can’t use it as intended.

i guess its on me for not understanding size and quality but these cards are insanely small, and cheap and I looked at it close on the site but it still cut off part of the bottom on the back. I went with you cuz it was the cheapest option and I guess I got what I paid for
