48 hour print is a joke. I ordered three retractable banners and regretted it immediately. Two days after I placed my order they called and said I picked the wrong size and asked me to pay more money so I did. I was told this wouldn't effect shipping deadlines. Then one of the images I sent "didn't fit" so they had me send another image, I sent the same exact one and they were okay with it. They continued to find reasons to delay shipping. After nearly two weeks they shipped my banners, all three of them shipped separate and with different services. I still have not received the third banner,(first banner came five days ago, second one the day after) and the two that I have were the same size I originally ordered so I paid extra money for absolutely no reason. The client that I ordered the banners for thinks I'm a complete idiot now.I a placed a similar order the same exact day with vistaprint and received my items two weeks before the first banner with 48 hour print.

I placed the order 12/1, it's already 12/21 and I haven't received my Postcard Mailing Service. Their website states it will take 4 days after the proof is approved, my postcards will be sent to Post Office for mailing to customers. I got an email they're asking additional $200+ for my Mailing services with the Mailing List. I said I already paid in full $250+ on your website, and i thought that's all I have to pay since they don't have anything in their website sating that there's additional fees. Not even on the check out page..Nothing! They stated there was a "Glitch" in their website that it was able to take my Postcard Mailing Services with Residential Listing for just $250+ !! I was like..that is not my problem. Don't let your customers be liable for your glitch!! FIX YOUR WEBSITE! Stop fooling people!! So, I requested to take out the mailing services and they did give me a partial refund for that, however, it's already 12/21, and they haven't shipped my "Marketing Postcards" for the holiday...when my postcards have been printed a week ago! They keep giving me bunch of excuses. Customs said our Production team hasn't responded! They ruined my Marketing Plan for my ECommerce! They don't seem to have that kind of urgency to fix their customer issues. I've emailed, chat on-line..and I keep getting the run arounds. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I ordered my print on Nov 19 and it arrived Dec 4! I paid extra for expedite delivery by Fedex. So it took them 10 days to print! Not 48 hours! Also, I ordered 4x6 cards and got 2x3! What a joke. No customer service, and I imagine they do not have repeat customers, just first timers who would never go back. Stay away from this company!

Their customer service people lie about deadlines (maybe inadvertently bc they're disorganized or bc they're pressured to tell people what they want to hear?) I placed a "print and mail" order and was told one date and then got an email the day after that date asking me about my *upcoming* mailing. It didn't go out when promised and when I called, they told me there would be no way send it any earlier than SIX DAYS LATE. Apparently, it takes them 48 hours to respond to unhappy customers so I don't know if they will attempt to "make this right." If timing OR honesty is at all important to you as a customer, then take your printing business somewhere else.
