Eric M.
Excellent Quality & Customer Service! I am extremely pleased with my experience with 48HourPrint! I ordered a 16" x 20" banner, and the final product came out absolutely fantastic. The print is clean, sharp, and looks even better than I expected. I originally made a mistake on my first order and selected the wrong size (12.5" x 24"), and unfortunately, the result wasn't what I was hoping for. I contacted customer service, and they were professional, helpful, and very easy to work with. They took the time to help me get everything corrected so I could submit the proper 16" x 20" version. The final banner turned out perfect, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work or the customer service I received. Mistakes happen, but having a company that is willing to work with you and help make things right makes a huge difference. I would definitely recommend 48HourPrint to anyone looking for quality printing and great customer service. I will absolutely be using them again!
