I am writing this review to express my ultimate dissatisfaction with my business card and customer service. I owe multiple businesses and usually get my cards from Vista Print. I order the highest quality silk business cards, and they look like very cheap. I am not able to use them and would be embarrassed to give them to a client. I called customer service to express my concerns on the quality of the card and they said they wouldn't refund me or print on a different card stock. Save your money and get a high quality card somewhere else. These cards are subpar and more costly then the competition.

I was shorted 4 notepads out of 60. When I used the chat feature I was told they could only give me a refund for those 4 bc they don’t do reprints for shortages less than 10%. I proceeded to share my disappointment because I actually needed the 4 notepads. When I said I was planning to leave a bad Google review they all the sudden could offer me better: they could reprint the 10 and charge me for them, plus shipping and tax, but they would give me 30% off…so because of their mistake, I would need to spend over $100 to get what I had already paid for. I expressed that this was unsatisfactory and they came back several times with different/better offers. I was on the online chat customer service for over an hour. The best they came up with was giving me the 10 notepads for free, but I would have to pay shipping and tax, which came out to about $25. Out of principle I declined because why should I have to spend $25 to get what I originally ordered and paid for?! Terrible customer service. I ended up getting a $15 credit back to my card that’ll be available in 7-10 days and 4 of my clients won’t be getting notepads. The whole thing felt like a scam.

I ordered brochures and submitted our design art which specifically stated 8.5 x 11. Their website defaults to 8.5 x 11 which is most popular. After selecting the 8.5 x 11 and uploading to 48 hour they displayed the "proof". It required some edits so I worked through their chat designer until it displayed correctly. Once I was satisfied, I approved and paid for the order. The order arrived on or about the estimated time but, the brochures were teeny: instead of 8.5 x 11, they were 8.5 x 5.5, not much bigger than a business card after the trifold. I contacted 48 hour and they responded with a very customer-centric email that placed all the blame on me, and that I approved the size. Pretty much the same scenario in the following emails where they admitted the art/design specified 8.5 x 11, but I ordered 8.5 x 5.5. I have no idea how the size was changed, and being that their site defaults to 8.5 x 11, and 8.5 x 5.5 is a unpopular size, there was no warning. Their advice was simply ensure the design fit properly within their safe" zones. Finally, after faulting me 3 times, I hesitantly agreed to a compromise, where I would reorder, and requested a partial credit. Another super friendly BS email about "Dont worry" we're here to take care of all of your concerns", with an offer to get the same pricing anyone else would get plus a lousy $14.13 credit. These guys suck. I should have checked out Yelp, where there are many former 48 hour customers, with bad experiences (some similar to mine). I have gone ahead and ordered with another firm which guarantees customer satisfaction.

We were trying to print funeral programs in October of 2022. We paid for expedited printing and delivery. They did not arrive on time for the funeral which created undue stress at a time that should have been focused on mourning. After requesting a refund for a week, we were not offered any compensation other than 20% off any future printing order. We had to run all over town locally the day of the memorial to PRINT new programs at a very high price due to the NOW RUSH order status. This took away time from our family where we could have been visiting with out of town family who came to mourn our loved ones passing. Horrible company and even worse customer service. If you have anything that you value printing properly and in a timely fashion, stay far away from this money-grubbing, inconsiderate company. 48HourPrint Order #10190373 Total cost: $237.71 Reprinting of last minute RUSH programs at local printer: $300.00 Total cost: $537.71 Compensation from 48HourPrint: 20% off any FUTURE order

The advertisement on google was "250 notebooks for $79 something. I jumped on it and ordered the 250. When they came, it was 10-4x6 notepads!!!! I spent over $100 for 10 note pads with 25 pages. I have called and e-mailed with no satisfaction. It was crazy!!

Bought a 4.5ft x 6 ft retractable banner from 48 Hour Print. On the second use of the banner, which was literally within a couple of weeks of receiving it the banner itself came separated from the roller in the base. Called to see if they had an option to have the banner repaired. I was basically told by customer service that once it was delivered and I received it , they were not responsible for any incidents of malfunction. So basically even if the banner came off the roller the 1st time I used it, they would not have done anything. So it gets better, the customer service rep said she could try to find a video that she could send me on how to repair it myself. My first thought was you have to be kidding me , but I said OK please send me the video. That was 2 days ago and I still have received no video in email. They cannot say they got my email wrong because, I get emails about every day encouraging me to buy something else from them. Well that is definitely not happening given the horrible customer service I have received so far.
