42nd Street PhotoReviews of 42photo.com

I just bought a Nikon 3100 for my wife. She has loved a Nikon camera since 2004, but we have waited (almost 8 years) until we could get a good one with a reasonable price. We got the best price from 42nd Street. They also delivered it for free and in just two business days. Awesome!

The sales call following my order made me feel uncomfortable. I was told I need an additional bigger battery, because the included one is a "demo" battery "good for 20 minutes". Also they tried to substitute my item with a different color, which I refused. I was ready to cancel my order towards the end of the call. This call business also seemed to delay the shipping by a day or two, while I was returning their call during their business hours. I received the camera promptly in one day after the call. The packaging was adequate, the camera works fine, and the free cleaning kit was included. The camera box wasn't sealed, but I can't say if it supposed to be.

A good deal, more than 10% lower than local retail stores. Great customer service and super speedy shipping.

The camera was delivered fast very fast. The price was the best compared to other online stores.Great all round service.

The item I purchased was delivered fast and accurate. No complains, the camera price was the best compared to Best Buy and other online stores. I recommend 42nd St Photo to everyone.

I did my homework on the camera I was interested in and they had the best price. Service was quick, I received it in good shape a day earlier than expected.

The camera is the cheapest when I searched in Internet and the product comes with US warranty. The shipping is fast and the product is as advertised. Great experience.

The communication was really good, called to confirm shipping type and whether I wanted delivery with or without a required signature. My item arrived as promised on time. I will buy from 42nd Street Photo again for sure.
