Allan was a phenomenal instructer. Hes so good at pushing you to the next level. During the 6 weeks I worked with him I noticed more energy, stamina and could physically see myself getting stronger. I would highly recommend him!

I'm just over halfway through with Coach Allan's 6 week BFFT Program, and I'm so glad I did this for myself! He helps hold you accountable and he's always available by text or email for advice and encouragement. I'm ready to see my results at the end of the program!

I’ve learned so much from Allan as a coach and from his podcasts. He is helping me implement changes in my life to stay healthy and be fit for whatever I want to do. When I’ve had an issue that seems like a big problem, he has suggestions or solutions to work through it. Highly recommend!

The Crush the Holidays Challenge delivered as promised - to keep participants focused and accountable during the time of year when most throw out all self-care/self-control in hopes of doing better next year. This was a very good experience. I went into it looking to increase my strength, overall health and physique. I picked up a lot of tools and information during this process. Allan was excellent at giving great advice, suggestions and guidance on helping you achieve your goals and bettering your overall health. I would recommend it though it was my very first time working with a coach or a trainer being online or in person. I would recommend it if you feel you need the added boost or guidance. But remember it is still up to you too do the work.
