Beautiful Curtains and Helpful Customer Service
Our linen curtains are beautiful and of excellent quality, and we are very happy with them. I mistakenly ordered the wrong width initially and, because I was away for work, did not discover the problem until after the 30-day return period. After some back and forth, 3HLinen made a one-time exception and allowed me to exchange the unused curtains, which I sincerely appreciated. However, the process was not entirely smooth. The initial response did not really address my request for exchange, and I paid shipping on the original order, the return, and the replacement order. The tiebacks I purchased were accidentally omitted from the replacement order. When they were sent separately, the package contained only one rather than the pair, requiring another follow-up. Kate was consistently courteous and helpful, and she made sure everything was ultimately resolved. Despite the fulfillment mishaps, I would purchase from 3HLinen again because of the quality of the curtains and the company’s willingness to ensure we were happy with the final result.
