3HLinenReviews of 3hlinen.com

Based on 3HLinen’s positive reviews, I ordered their 84” natural linen shower curtain. I paid extra for the heavy weight linen and metal grommets as I loved the advertised look and needed the extra length. Unfortunately when the curtain arrived, it looked as though two shower curtains had been sewn together. The center seam is unexpected, unattractive and sloppy. Definitely disappointed. I contacted customer service requesting return and refund or exchange. I have not heard back.

I Custom ordered a sheet set which I understand takes time, but it was nearly short of a month before I received it. Tracking information did not update until literally one day before arriving. For the price of these sheets (comparable to high-end brands like Pottery Barn and Piglet which I have purchased linen sheets from before), the presentation was completely underwhelming. Each item packed in stiff cellophane bags and all stuffed within a plastic back wrapped in tape. The worst part was opening the package to see a stiff fabric that was not pre washed (despite the company saying they did. I had to empty my lint trap FOUR times and could have made an entire set of sheets from the excess pillage) and also had these weird white stains all throughout which even after washing are still there in some spots. The company paints itself as an American-based company with clever wording, but is indeed overseas, so just beware if that's a concern for you. Now, the sheets themselves fit very nicely and have some really nice seams that make them look a bit more distinguished than most others. The customer service team was also very helpful from the very beginning and offered the choice between an immediate refund or a replacement at no cost. I opted for the refund since I was apprehensive of what I would receive and how long it would take to arrive. Overall, I will not be buying again, but wanted to leave an honest review for anyone looking to make a decision on whether or not to purchase from this company.

After a frustrating and drawn-out process, the company did eventually issue a refund for the duvet and matching pillowcases. However, it took eight emails and opening a dispute with my credit card company before the return was honored. So while the issue was ultimately resolved to my satisfaction, it was far from a smooth or customer-friendly experience. To recap: The product I received did not match what was advertised. The colored duvet was shown on the website as made from two wide panels of linen with clean side seams, but the actual item had a prominent center seam on both sides—clearly pieced together from four smaller panels. It looked cheap and unfinished, and I wouldn’t have ordered it if the product images had been accurate. Customer service initially acknowledged the discrepancy and offered a replacement in a different color (white, gray, or neutral) due to differences in fabric widths—but none of those were acceptable substitutes. When I asked for a refund, including for the pillowcases bought to match, the request was denied. Other concerns that added to the overall poor experience: Misleading product images Unclear return policies and “custom” order labeling Shipping timelines not accurately represented Heavy reliance on automated customer service Website gives the impression of a U.S.-based company, but items are made overseas While I did receive a set of white curtains from a separate order that met expectations, the hassle required to resolve the duvet issue has completely eroded my trust in this company.
