Upon immediate purchase I was contacted by Ruby to inform me that she would be assisting me & was available to answer any questions I had.Even after I received my 360 she still stayed in constant contact to assure everything was ok.My experience with Ruby is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had!

I’ve have an awesome experience working with Summer from the first time I checked into buying the LCD Backpack until now. The product is first-rate and the customer service (considering they’re half a world away) is fantastic!! Any time I had a question, Summer always responded quickly and if she didn’t have an answer she talked to engineers within the company and got me the information I needed as soon as she could.

This was the smoothest online transaction I've EVER had, especially for a large item. From the moment I hit "pay" til the moment my 360 booth was delivered. SUMMER IS AMAZING! SUMMER stayed in constant communication via text, I didn't have to worry about missed emails/calls. I get so many spam calls/ emails and i dont answer if I dont know them. When SUMMER texted, the name showed on my phone! SUMMER is punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and very accommodating. My questions were answered timely, and I really appreciate such a pleasant, seamless interaction. If you're considering a photobooth purchase, 360 SPB is the way to go. Oh, and I forgot to mention shipping.....FAST, VERY FAST!! SUMMER's 1st question was, " when is your event?" I received the booth wayyy before scheduled event. SUMMER followed up on designing the logo as well as confirmation of approval on design.I could go on and on,you have to experience this for yourself. Shop 360 SPB,you will be happy you did!

Very smooth process thanks to Summer. I was informed of every steps from the time I placed the order until it was delivered. I received videos and photos from the time they were packing it until it was shipped.

In the past I have bought a 360 Booth, a selfie booth and printer. When I had questions or needed new parts, Summer went above and beyond helping me! Thanks so much to Eric and the team as well! I look forward to doing more business with you.
