I had a problem logging in due to your system not recognizing my email address even though I had received an email from your company. I was able to get in touch with Alfred in Houston, Tx. Alfred was very professional and friendly. Even though together we could not get the system to permit me to login Alfred found my file and emailed me the document I had constructed and paid for. To me, this is going beyond a level of service I have ever received from a Technical Support staff member as long as I have conducted business on the Internet, invented by Al Gore. Alfred is definitely a great and wonderful asset to your company.

Site was easy to use no issues. Signed up for the free 7 day trial and was able to make multiple forms. Only issue I had was trouble using the live chat to cancel the membership. I got a hold of customer service a while after trying and was over the 7 days but luckily I received a full refund. Good site just needs some work on getting through to customer service via chat and phone.

I wanted to say 360 Legal form is very useful. I needed it for personal use and I am extremely glad how Alfred from the customer service take care of me regarding questions I asked him.
