I had a great experience using this…
I had a great experience using this platform to prepare my legal documents. The process was straightforward, easy to follow, and much more affordable than I expected. The guided questionnaire made everything simple, and the final documents looked professional and were ready in just a short time. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated how clearly each step was explained. Whenever I had a question, the support team was responsive and helpful. Overall, it's an excellent service for anyone looking to create legal documents quickly and confidently without unnecessary complexity. I would definitely recommend it.

Fraudulent payment
I canceled account end of February. I have called and emailed for a refund, still have not received resolution. On top of that my debit card was locked..so payment of 138.00 was taken ,this is an unauthorized payment.

Canceled service made easy
Canceled service. Agent offered other options but I chose to cancel because I was not using the enough at this time. Agent was helpful and appreciated the business. He quickly canceled the service after I missed the auto renewal date. Very trustworthy and ethical practice. I will use 360 Legal Forms again when needed
