The ordering process was very simple, once I decided which one I wanted. I ordered 2, as I'm remodeling a house. I decided both bathrooms deserved an awesome shower. To my surprise, the final cost was less than anticipated. Bonus!! Will buy again if needed and will refer everyone i know.

Products are top notch. Never had an issue with any product purchased.Customer service has been excellent as well. Highly recommend this company and their products.

The overall experience of ordering the Zen shower unit was pretty much worry free. I was skeptical when I saw the add and the awesome price. After reading the reviews I took a chance and have been happy ever since. It was many months before I could easily install the unit due to a total remodel of the master bathroom. It was well worth the wait. My plans are to order another zen unit for my other bathroom. Thank you 360 Facets.

I love our new shower panels. I've had some in the past, but these are exceptional. I love the digital displays and all jets are great. We put 2 in our shower and the work great!

Customer service support was outstanding.

Had a minor issue with faucet and it was quickly by the support team, in manufacturing things do go wrong and resolving an issue is as important as receiving a perfect part..you get an a/plus for that...love the product

Love everything about it except that it’s in Celsius and not Fahrenheit I did replace the hand held shower with a filtered system which makes this the human car wash of showers I have actually given two of them away as gifts

Had a very good experience with this company. Shipping was on time. The screen for my shower was dented from the shipper. They took care of my issue really quick and sent me out a new screen immediately. Next time I need a new shower. I'm definitely buying it here!
