This company has a horrible return policy. In order to return the product it must never have been opened. No exceptions. I didn’t realize the faucet didn’t come with a plate to cover the holes from the prior faucet. Without it the new faucet is useless to me. If you purchase from them just understand that they make it pretty difficult to return something for a refund. I regret buying from them.

I bought the shower unit for around $250 and I can’t be happier about it. I used to just take a cold shower in the mornings for 3-4 minutes. ngl now I stay in there for about at least 10-15 minutes and I feel the fresh filtered water on my skin to start the day. not relying on the city pipes :/ ps highly recommend the rainfall mode❤️
