Disappointed that their leggings stretch out so much by midday are hanging off me. Won't purchase again!

I bought 2 items. The pants, size LG, stretched and I couldn't wear them again. Capris were were poorly made and waist on a Medium was very small. Would not shop there again.

I ordered a coat and it was to small. The only option is return and no option to choose for a return. The coat is seasonal there is no return. I will not be ordering again from them. I will file a complaint against them.

I ordered a coat last Saturday, paid the extra $8 for expedited shipping. After not getting informative on it being shipped, i emailed them this morning to ask when i would see it. Got an email back saying it would be another 4 to 5 days before shipping. I emailed them to please cancel my order. Crickets....... they have my money tho! And will charge me more to return when it comes in. I need to start paying attention to what others are saying!!!!!!

Clothing is warm and sized right. Delivery is awful. My experience is about 12-14 days from order to West Coast delivery. It takes two week for 32 Degrees to do what Amazon does in 2 days.

The postal service employee must have literally stood there and punched my package repeatedly until it was all smashed into my mailbox. Hey, you have choices who you contract with for delivery, and unless I ever accidentally find out you no longer use the postal service I won't need to order anything ever again.

I ordered four pieces of of activewear and paid $37 and some change. When I got the items and tried them on, they were too big. I went to the site for exchange or refund, when I put all of my information in I was aware there may be $5 charge if you WERE getting a Refund. I did not receive the extra small that I had asked to exchange. Instead I received a refund and lost $5 as they did not do the exchange. I made an effort to talk to a customer rep through email and the response I got was the same!! An email telling me how to get a Refund or Exchange. No one available to talk to you. I will no longer buy your product for that reason. You can not talk to an email!!

I had to give two stars because of the frustrating experience I have been going through for the past half hour. In the past I would’ve given five stars because of the merchandise I have received! I have gotten a few coats and jackets from this company and I was very pleased with them! They give you a customer service phone number but then you’re not allowed to talk to customer service! You have to have a chat online and then put your credit card number in to charge you a dollar that is returnable that is totally ridiculous I had two simple questions for three items I was purchasing! I wanted to know how much the shipment would be on a certain amount of money for three items that were in my cart!? I also asked is there an amount you have to pay in order not to get charged for shipping!? I gave them my city and state and ZIP Code so they would be able to tell me and after four attempts they still cannot tell me no one answers the phone and you just get forwarded to this ridiculous chat! I guess I will just take the items out of my cart now ! I was a good customer
