I will try and make this short. I purchased 3 items for my husband, all in extra large, when I received the items, 2 were the correct extra large the 3rd item itself was correct, However, they sent a medium instead of the XL. I had to put in for an exchange, it went very smooth. I got my exchange. I got the extra large, however, when my husband put it on, it was too long in the sleeves, so I actually wanted to exchange it for a large mind you, the first exchange was not my fault they sent the wrong item to begin with or size so I requested a exchange and got denied!! Been going back-and-forth with these people!!! ( this would be the first time I have had to exchange it on my terms) I will never purchase from them again. Their return policy/ exchange policy is terrible. Their customer service is terrible. All I can say is if you do make a purchase from them, make sure that whatever you buy from there it’s gonna fit because you can only exchange at once and then you’re stuck with it. This place is a joke.

Sweatpants seams ripped on both pants legs and I've never worn or washed them yet. It would cost me nearly $6 to ship back a defective item.

I made a purchase and when I tried to cancel it to modify it, I sent the email immediately but the customer service blocked it for 30 minutes and thus prevented cancellations, which according to their policy is in 30 minutes. When you finally contact customer service they are really useless. I received my order, the product is low. quality, I must return it now I must pay extra for the mediocrity of their service and products

I have 4 skorts because I like the fit and colors, However, after a little bit of time the color fades in the sun. Pink, blue & green all faded on the bottom half if you leave your shirt untucked. Now I don’t golf in them, demoted to wearing around the house and for gardening. Sad.

Why in the world would I pay to return an item I received damaged? I will no longer be buying from this site. This is the 2nd damaged item. The first time I didn't say anything but now I am and I get penalized for returning poor quality. The shirt is ripped. What's ironic is they charge shipping on goods purchased and then they turn around and charge shipping for a damaged item. Isn't that double dipping. Long time customer no more.

I've never bought something here, yet they keep harassing me with spam e-mails. I've unsubscribed several times, yet they keep sending me notifications of new deals! Stop sending me this stuff, I'm not interested!!!

I have been a long-time customer and have never had to return anything before. Recently, I ordered two women’s hoodies and received them after 10 days, despite paying $5.99 for shipping. Unfortunately, the quality was awful, and the size was much larger than I expected. I emailed the customer service twice to request either a refund or an exchange, but have not had any success. I was informed that because these items are marked as “Final Sale,” refunds or exchanges are not possible. I believe this policy should apply to in-store purchases, where customers can see and try on the merchandise before making a decision—not to online purchases, where customers rely on accurate descriptions and sizing. I will stay away from 32 degree Company.

They did not include my free item in the delivery for spending over $75 and are trying to charge me $5 to return the items I don’t need now.
