The course itself is very great with detailed lessons and my voice improved over the course. Nonetheless, i tried to contact the support several times and they dont reply. I cant update my password or log in to my account. Furthermore i booked the additional, navigation course to map out the best courses and progression. Thats very frustrating, i hope they will reply soon….

Firstly I would like to say the lessons are informative, learnt a few things I didn't know but I am a beginner, after completing the beginners course I was quite disappointed with the course content. I struggle to hit the top notes in base so having everything in baritone made it really hard for me to follow not owning a keyboard or piano to adjust, also I hear something completely different when I sing to everyone else so I don't know if I matching the note. I think having a toole that you sing into to match the notes to give realtime feedback would really improve the experience

I have emailed you but have not heard back. When I sign in it goes to Switch to annual bill and save I could not figure out how to get back to my lesson. After going back and forth I went to blog and on the left is where I find where I left off with my lessons. This was very frustrating. There is no instruction on how you continue on and I was about to cancel. Finding any contact info was also a problem. The other confusion was where do I start? There are several teachers. Did I miss something? This has left me not feeling too good about this program.

Lessons are too short and repetitive. Lots of explaining without lots of practice. Also, it would be helpful if they had practice assignments and/or a module that you could refer to when needing to warm-up.

I would love to learn how to find my natural voice, what it's supposed to feel like and my range. I didn't see much their on that.

I haven't gotten to start just yet. I never heard back after answering questions.

Only 3 stars for now as I am just getting into the program. So far instructor is doing well and its been good getting more warm up drills to work with.

I received an email asking to write a review, but up to this point I have completed just 12 beginner lessons. If you just follow the lessons you will learn some things. But there may be more questions than answers. Are you supposed to warm up before each lesson? How do you warm up? By repeating lesson 2? I could not find that this was explained anywhere, so I don't do any warm-up unless it is included in the lesson. Lip trilling for me was not easy. I think Jonathan has been probably doing it for so long that it comes naturally to him and he probably didn't realize that for some people it doesn't come so easily. It took searching through several Youtubers to find someone that could actually describe how to do it for someone who couldn't figure it out. In several lessons, we are told to sing in something like 4-3-2-4-6-8-4-2 but these numbers aren't kept on the screen when it's actually time to sing it, so unless you take a screen capture, I don't know how you would remember them. It just doesn't seem like they actually tested these videos with an absolute beginner and asked for feedback. I think a beginner would find several shortcomings of things that just aren't explained very well. A seasoned singer might not recognize this. I plan to continue to use the course, at least until the 14 day trial is over.
