First, this course isn't a scam, it's real. I tried the free 14-day trial, which I recommend, but cancelled after the first week. This course just wasn't for me. I am an absolute beginner and the lack of real time feedback and the assumption that I could already pitch match was frustrating. Also, I have a strong background in music theory and if I had not had that I would have been lost. For example there are drills that expect pitch matching in a 13531 pattern. Fortunately, I knew what that was, but there was no indication of starting note or real time feedback of how I was doing. They expected me to move up a semitone in this drill and I could have been moving up an semitone or an octave, I didn't know. My recommendation is try the 14 course and see how it goes, it may work for you but it didn't for me.

The lip trill is a difficult exercise, we would suggest trying a different warmup if you are unable to do this one. We have lots of videos on warmups on our website. You can also get direct feedback from instructors and reach out to them on the forum if you are a full access member. We hope you will consider providing our program with more stars in the future. I purchase the full year of the program last year for my 8 year old daughter that wanted to improve her singing but after a few times following along with the program she lost interest in it. I didn't cancel the program thinking she might want to give it another try at some point. Well 2 weeks it auto renewed and on the same day it auto renewed I emailed support to ask them if they could refund the amount charged as I wasn't using the program. They did not answer. I emailed them a few more times to follow up with the request and they have not responded. The program seems to be designed well but the support is non existent.

Hello, I have just started so can't really give a full review. What I didn't find was how to track your progress? How do I know if I have improved. There's neither any guidelines how much or often you should rehearse a certain part. How do you know when it's time to move on and how do you know if you master the previous skill??
