Hi Paul, the custom lesson plan can either be declined or accepted as a bonus during checkout. I am unable to pull up your account to see what you were refunded as we do not have your email address, but if you no longer wanted the custom lesson plan, we would have issued the full refund. Our regular pricing is $129 so it is possible that who you spoke with got confused and issued an incorrect refund. Please send us a new email to [email protected] so we can rectify this situation.
