30daysingerReviews of 30daysinger.com

I actually skipped all the ads about these sorts of lessons, yet I was honestly surprised how much I liked them. The website is intuitively structured; I haven't had a hard time finding useful Lessons/Tipps and I would consider exploring the site a more fun experience then on other sites/ self teaching. The teachers in the beginner lessons are very charismatic, thought I didn't quite get if I should take all the classes or which I should take for my preferences. Also I am very unmotivated student to begin with. A sort of login calender, with little videos (1-2minuts max) or just a little reward would probably make a huge difference in terms of doing my lessons.

I'm pretty happy with the lessons so far. Some things I don't get or don't "feel" I assume will be clearer as we work farther. I do notice some small changes in my voice, mostly when I yell at my dogs (not singing), but they make me feel curious about what might be coming up. I have been doing a fair amount of work, singing most days, and reviewing old lessons as well as doing a new one each day.

The lessons are great and its really fun. The teachers are all experienced and they give in a lot of work. The reason I take this class is because I am a beatboxer and I wanna sing better for that and understand more about the voice, so the lessons are great for me. I still think, there is some room for improvement: 1. The warm ups and exercises.. It's a good concept you have. I would like it more, if there would be versions, where you only do them without explanation. And in a lenght, you would do them to have a nice and realistic time of exercise. Like doing a whole workout with a teacher would be great especially for beginners. 2. That's only me and only an extra suggestion. It would be cool to have different voice techniques (polyphonic voice, in beatbox terms there is also a throat bass or throat singing and so on). I think those techniques can show singers, what is all possible with our voice. Overall, I really like 30daysinger and I see improvement in my singing and its fun.

So far it seems very good. I would like to see one or two video lessons that just contain the various voice exercises (warm ups etc.) so a person could access them easily and all in order and in one place. It would make it easier to practice them frequently.
