I think "generous return policy" needs…
I think "generous return policy" needs to be defined. It's 2021 in a pandemic and you expect customers to pay full price to return. People who are avoiding buying products in person due to the pandemic. My items cost $256 and to return was $180. If I bought from Amazon, Macy or any other store it would be free one click returns. Even if it was or was not defective, (it doesn't work but it might be the wrong track type I am not entirely sure) that's absurd. Yes I didn't read your return policy before, but no one does. I plan on detailing my experience in your reviews and online. This is a joke. I'm fully confident my credit card will reimburse me but I don't want others falling victim to your scams. You will never be able to compete with other retailers with these petty scams and fine print.
