The sofa sectional product is great
The sofa sectional product is great, comfortable and looks great in our living room. The waiting time and communication during the waiting time was not good at all. Communication was lacking. And if you need furniture right away, know you will be waiting a long while.

Highly recommend! Not one complaint!
This company was so responsive and helpful. Terry answered any questions I had almost immediately. The couch arrived on time in perfect condition. It looks beautiful in my home and is incredibly comfortable. Would highly recommend shopping here!!

I requested a custom order which takes…
I requested a custom order which takes a lot longer which was explained to me. I have not received it yet so this review is based on my experience prior to delivery. I searched the internet for months before landing on 25home and fell in love with this couch although it was way to big for my tiny area. I asked if I could order just parts of the sectional and he said of course. Great customer service, and I bugged them a lot. Can't wait to get it.

Zero complaints
I spent a while looking for the right couch online and thankfully waited until I came across 25home. My couch arrived in half the time they estimated shipping to take which was great. Nora was very prompt and responsive during the process. The icing on the cake was how easy the couch was to set up. Basically open the box and you’re ready. The material is fantastic as well. I spilled wine on the couch and was able to wipe it off and just dab a bit of water on there and it completely came out. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

The couch is amazing and comfortable; tough to move through small spaces
The couch is amazing and comfortable. It's pet friendly and our dog adores it. The shipping is curbside so important to have a plan for getting it into your space. It comes in two very large pieces and so be sure to measure before ordering. We ended up having to hoist it up through a third story window which was an adventure but overall very happy with the purhcase.

Three things about this company
Three things about this company: 1) beautiful, elegant, high quality merchandise. I bought an all leather sectional couch. 2) excellent services in both sales (Sunny) and customer service (Momo). 3) price is reasonable. both Sunny and Momo are provide great service. I am happy that I bought the furniture from them. Will do again when I find something fit for my house. Diep (Doris)
