Customer Service is Excellent!
My experience with 25home has been excellent. Prompt replies to emails and consistent communication during the shipping process was impressive. However, the delivery of my sandwich couch took way more time than I expected. One reason I ordered the couch was the promise of "ships within 3 days" on the website. I waited a long time for the couch, but it arrived just as pictured and described. I love the color and the feel of the leather. It is well made and beautiful. It is definitely a couch made for lounging, with deep seats and very soft cushions. Because it is very low, I requested some 3 inch legs and they arrived quickly. I have low back problems and the cushions are soft, providing little support where I need it, so I am considering purchasing a set of the firm cushions to customize it. My communication with the representatives about this has been thorough and top-notch. I would caution anyone buying the couch to keep all the original packaging in case you are considering a return. It is always a risk when you buy a couch you have not actually sat on, this company strives to make the experience positive and easy.
