My initial interaction with WordPress left me annoyed and dissatisfied. but both interactions were with the same person - and I will not judge the entire support team by the performance of that one rotten egg. Fortunately I have since worked with Albert and Moses and they have resolved all my issues - and I cannot be more pleased. Thank those two gentlemen for their patience and professionalism - a good example of customer support. The focus was on customer satisfaction. The only reason I did not give this a 5 is because of the original two conversations.
