HUGE SCAM!!! Avoid this company at all costs. After paying them to help retrieve my domain last year, they secretly linked it to their own email address. A year later, when my site went down, they claimed the domain was sold and tried to extort $1,200 from me to return it. Thankfully, WordPress support stepped in, exposed their scheme, and helped me get my domain back safely. Do not trust them with your website or personal information.

In my experience managing a client’s simple WordPress website with 24x7 WP Support, the site suffered repeated malware infections. Instead of providing effective protection and reliable support, the company charged additional—and, in my opinion, excessive—fees to remove the malware. My client was also paying roughly four times the price of comparable hosting services we reviewed. Given the recurring security problems, high costs, and disappointing customer service, I cannot recommend this hosting provider.
