On the whole, I would say our website revision project went well. High marks for the design, layout and functionality. Comments from our Steering Committee were generally positive. Low marks on training. I was disappointed with that. First off, a new editing program has been introduced, “Elementor”. To me this seems overly complicated and difficult to navigate. Making changes and updates is now a challenging task instead of an easy revision. I am not a fan in the least. When I requested additional help and training the response back was there would be a fee for another session. Really? This type of attitude is off putting and unnecessary. My thinking is the training was lacking and inadequate and why should I pay an additional fee? To their credit, I was provided with another training session at no charge, but my impression had already formed.

The issue was resolved but I do not understand why I have to pay for support to Wordpress for my website. It makes no sense.

Had my wordpress website with them for 4 years. Paid $2000 for them to take care of everything for the past couple years. They kept asking for more and more money for things they require and just a couple months ago informed me that my site was not usable on most platforms and I needed to pay $300 for it to be made usable. Most the buttons did not work, my audio download did not work... I set it up and have previous experience. Paid them to help with some of the setup. Nothing but expense with little result. Moved to another company after making some business changes for a much simpler site with much better security and far cheaper. Wordpress also copyrights anything on their platform - which means they own whatever is on the website. Has been costly with little if any results. Not one appointment has been made due to this unusable site. I am very happy to no longer have anything to do with them!

Great support! I was able to receive help in a timely manner; however, it's unfortunate to know that when I switched from a 3rd party hosting site to word press hosting I was informed that I would be able to benefit from them because they offered full support for WordPress. What I did not know was that I was misinformed and you actually have to purchase for WordPress support and even their printed/pdf manual document, which in my opinion was a great downfall to hear with all that's been considered. But I don't doubt for a second that they carry out their service very well. Just have a few minor miscommunications and information.

While I am happy with the overall site, I had to ask for most changes more than once. Also, there are plenty of obvious mistakes that I am going have to fix myself.

After paying to have my site unlocked before I even started using it, I had to reach out again because the information they emailed me did not work on the Wordpress log in page. They said they would fix it but next time I would have to sign up for support service. Since I had just paid for a service which didn't work based on the info provided from them, I just wanted clarification and find out where the error was. Most businesses offer some kind of guarantee for the work paid for. More focus on customer satisfaction rather than wanting more money would go a lot further to convince me that I should sign up for support service.

I was a bit frustrated when I reached out to them. I couldn't login to my account and I wasn't warned ahead of time that there would be a $29 charge for me to get a new login. WHO CHARGES FOR THIS?! Anyways, Albert was helpful despite me complaining and nearly yelling at him. He resolved my issue and was understanding. So I will give them 3 stars instead of 5, because it is still crazy that they have these hidden fees.
