An Excellent Job!! Brian developed my website, he has done a phenomenal job. I am very impressed with the choices and selection of the Blogs and content used to illustrate the general presence of the site. The Themes, the Cultural and relevant layout of the Brand, Niches and content that engaged your presence. The layout of WooCommerce and Marketing pages. The Colors are alive. The Current Events, Social Media with High Profile Contents, example Prince Harry & Meghan's Wedding prospects. The Ratings have started to come in! Excited!! Had chances to Review Website before completion. Highly recommend his diligent work!

They were very helpful and fast.

It was great to have Brian assist me with an issue I was having with my blog. His professionalism and expertise helped me get back on track with my charitable endeavors.

Work was doing excellent! My ip address was unblocked in 5 mins.

Beth & Abigail - Worst customer experience I have ever had. They charge for everything. The first guy said he could fix my issue for $29. I told him I wasn't paying for that. He said he would fix it for free if I took the survey. Ok. Now it's fixed. So I thought. My website won't come up AT ALL. I chat with Abigail. She's saying I have to pay $99 to get my issue fixed. She didn't try to help me fix it at all. They straight into asking for money. Instead of telling you how the problem occurred, they want money. It's like they are rushing you off so they can get the issue fixed. I got with Abigail, and chatted with Beth. I waste of time. She was just like Abigail. She didn't try to help either. All the reps want is money. Like it's going into their pockets or something. And what's with the spelling and copy/pasting previous reps' messages. It's like I wasn't even speaking with a human. Now I don't have a website because they refuse to help me resolve the problem.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICES Is such a sweetheart. She was very pleasant and helpful. I was having trouble and she not only only assisted me with my concerns but she also pointed me in the right direction to receive more information about navigating the website. I have worked with a couple people within the last couple a days and overall I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. Customer Service means everything to me.

Andres had a little language trouble. However, he helped me clear up some errors I had made and was helpful.

The chat support was not the problem. Moses seemed like a great agent doing his best. The information presented by WordPress before I paid was misleading. It said domain transfer was free with the basic plan but then tried to charge me $26. I then learned very quickly that there is no phone support with these issues or billing support. I had to go into a chat room. I now appreciate godaddy. At least there I had a live person and didn't have to wait for typed impersonal messages.
