They got the job DONE...
Just got off the "CHAT" with Albert, Justin and Moses... They were wonderful. All three were very patient with my questions and walked me through each step with detailed directions. Albert, Justin and Moses made the process simple which took away my anxiety about allowing someone into my account... They worked well together and got the job DONE...!!!

WP provides a very good service but can be improved
WP is very good with assistance to website issues. A final phone call to walk through the website mechanics at the end would improve their service. They have an 800 number but that number redirects everyone back to the text chat which is fine for small issues. The personal human touch with a short phone call would be awesome and make it a 5 star service!

Thanks for your review. As you have mentioned about the chat process, I would like to mention that wordpress is a technical stuff and many things can't be explained by a sales person because they are not coders. However, we are already working on trainings of our sales employees about the client engagement process and client onboarding. We will surely get 5 star within next 6-7 weeks. Thanks again.

Andres support is really great!!
