If I could give 0 starts I would! I contacted this company to help me with a issue on my website. A customer service rep named SAM, messaged me to help. I let him know the situation he said "No problem he can help". He asks for the log in and password so I gave it to him, waiting for him to respond about 10 min so asked again ''Can can you help me", his response was " Are you aware we charge $39 a hour". Why would you ask for my log in and password and what is going wrong then ask for money?? I said he must be joking and he is a Fake . Later on that day I check my website not only is it now not working at all but there was a link added that sends you to PORN!!! I emailed SAM right away asking for his Corporate number he emails me saying "Hi how can I help" after I let him know I know what he has done with my website he stopped replying after. I hope this reaches someone in Corporate and they reach out to me as well. Very disappointed and unprofessional !!!!! Thats your answer! Some "MANAGER" you are! Why would your customer service rep ask for my log in before making sure I knew that you people charge??? I know for a FACT your company HACKED my website don't play dumb with me! SCAM People I have read your old reviews its happened before! Why did SAM stop messaging me when I mentioned he hacked my profile? Get your lies in order! You will be hearing me from very soon. I have already let some legal people know about your scam. :) How would you know there is no website????? There was a website before SAM DELETED IT AND ADDED PORN TO THE LINK!!! I didn't ruin your reputation you did that your self with the help of SAM! We will take this matter further! Have a awesome day. :)
