And the best part is that you can contact them 24/7 by Chat or by Phone. WordPress does not offer a service like this. I've used 24x7 WP Support several times now, and they are now my go-to! They have fixed every issue perfectly! The reps are helpful, talented, quick, and always available.

While I am happy with the overall site, I had to ask for most changes more than once. Also, there are plenty of obvious mistakes that I am going have to fix myself.

They helped me fix my problem right away

Really persistent hard-sell to upgrade from one-off to Gold or Lifetime Plan, even after I asked him politely to back off (more than once). He didn't take the time to understand what the problem was and rushed to make a fix. After several claims that he had fixed it, when he hadn't, including one which took the site completely offline (a fact about which he was apparently unaware), there was a solution which looked OK from my phone (I was out, it was late, and I was relieved to see a fix). Stupidly, I closed the ticket. Found out the following day that although checkout was now appearing, it still didn't work (wouldn't accept keyboard input into cc fields). A good fix would have been one they quickly tested, right? Definitely not going back to them.

Patience to spare. Its always a little scary to talk to tech support when, like me you are not a technical person. Albert made that go away and helped me resolve my problem with ease.

Everything was done correctly and rapidly! I highly recommend this team. They answered all my questions and were extremely patient. My website looks beautiful!
