They were unable to do what I asked, but refunded my money completely, in a reasonable amount of time.

Dan - As far as refund is concerned, I think you can check that there is a 30 days money back Policy we have on home page of our website. After you informed a refund , this usually takes 24 hrs for us to refund and since this is a Friday, it was not easy for us to hold the account team. We requested our account team to do so and they have refunded the money. You can check your emails about refund. This can take 3-5 working days to reflect the amount in your bank. Now, I request you to change the review and ratings.

Ok So I have Been With this Company For about 6 months now My Personal [Notice I said Personal} Developer Has Been The Only Reason I Haven't Given Up The Coding Updating And Actual Tech Side Of Things Well let's Just Say I have Magic Hands There I can Make Code Disappear/Appear Without Even Trying My Guys Charlie And He Is Nothing But Patience Itself With Me [I am Sure I Frustrate Him At Times But He Is Always so Nice About It ] Though I will Mention The Others As Well Beth, Seth, Miller, Hanna, And A Couple Of the Other Team Members There Lovely And Always willing to Help [Beth Can Give some Good advice} I am Recommending To any One Wishing to Start A website But Need Tech And advise The Initial Outlay Is Nothing compared to the Amount Of Help and Advise You can Access There Are Also Resources Offered to Help If you Feel there Is no Connection With The Agent Your Dealing With Just Ask For Some One Else The Company Matches You With Some-one Your Comfortable With And Can Communicate With [Its Good You Have Your Own Tech and they Get To Know You And Your Site ] Thank You Again sophees.com
