If I'm spending so much on risers it would be good to at least know what hardware is needed if it's not included. This way I can just go to the hardware store and purchase it. I emailed inquiring and was just told it's not included and can't be purchased. Not that helpful.

Ordered 2 gallons of primer and a brush. Only 1 of the 2 gallons arrived; per FedEx: "An inspection of this shipment has determined that the damage was due to inadequate packaging rather than negligence on the part of FedEx." And 24Hr.Supply did NOT refund my money nor try to help only stating it was after their 5 day policy. Did not even offer a replacement when is was their fault. $48.29 Gallon of Primer that I have to pay for because they cannot package their material correctly for shipment. How is that fair?! We have been in business for over 35 years and never treat our customers this way!!! HORRIBLE! Joe was not helpful nor was 24hr. I will not continue to purchase any further items from them!!!!! Sincerely, Discount Plumbing and Supplies YOU Joe, told me to reach out to FedEX so I did, YOU never once stated that you would be contacting them!!!
