This is company defines the reason to shop locally and NOT purchase through online stores. We purchased a hot-water boiler from 24hr Supply, and it was shipped by 24hr Supply to our home. Upon receipt everything looked ok. However once we went to install the product the following day, we started to remove the 250 lb. boiler from the crate, to find it was smashed on the bottom of the boiler. It had concealed damage that wasn't visible at the time of delivery. We contacted 24hr Supply about the damage. We were told by 24hr supply this was an issue with FedEX and they would not return the damaged boiler. We needed to take the claim up with FedEx, but if FedEx did not honor the claim we had to keep the damaged boiler...REALLY? 24hr Supply claims since we signed for the package it was ours. We should have inspected the 250 crate and removed the boiler to find the hidden damage under the boiler. REALLY?...We are expected to take a 250lb boiler out of the box on the front walk and inspect it when the FedEX truck arrives. We ordered a new, undamaged boiler and received a damaged product that 24hr will not return. We have been dealing with FedEx on this to resolve it, but this company defines a nightmare. We actually contacted the manufacturer, and they stated this dealer should return it and they would sort it out with them, but 24hr still refused to return the boiler. The $4,000 boiler sat on our front steps (the delivery point) for weeks as we did not want to move it, as FedEx or 24hr Supply might try to blame us for the damage. Our family of 6 people, went 26 days without hot water. We have yet to resolve the issue. We had to purchase new boiler from another distributer. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Kept getting wrong part. I even email what their part number was and still received wrong part. Only solution was for a refund and not to check why I was getting wrong part. Plus customer service didn’t understand the difference between the parts in order and the parts I received.
