Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take fraud very seriously. When we suspect that a credit card has been stolen and used without authorization, we do not proceed with the transaction. In this case, we believe the card used may have been compromised, so we canceled the order and did not collect any payment. All the best, 24hr Supply

Dear Customer, We understand how disappointing it is to receive an item later than expected. This item was ordered on June 3 and shipped within 24 hours. Since it weighs over 150 pounds, it must be shipped using Freight Trucking. Upon checking, it is still expected to arrive on time; however, we've created a case with the carrier to stay on top of it.
