Received booster pump w/missing flex hoses, when I emailed my complaint, I never got a response. Makes me feel as if I were to have an issue with a product, 24hr Supply doesn’t stand behind the items they sell.

The boiler that I order was a little damaged due to the way that was packed on the pallet. The electrical outlet inside the boiler was also a little damaged. I didn't return the boiler because it was hard to get it to the basement otherwise I would have returned the system.

I notified 24hr supply that the boiler was cosmetically damaged and the aqua stat differed from what was ordered. I never received a reply from them. Very poor communication.
