Thomas E.
Easy but was done way b4 8 hrs and had to wait
Response from 247driveFeb 15, 2021
Thank you for your awesome review, Thomas! We appreciate your feedback and wanted to give a little insight into the the rules by which we must abide. Virginia DMV regulations require that a student attending an online (and in-person) driver improvement course complete a minimum of 8 hours in the course before the required final exam can be attempted. We recognize that our students learn at different paces. Even though you completed all of the required training modules, you had to spend "extra" time to complete the minimum 8-hour in-course requirement.

Great course! Easy to understand with a quiz at the end of each chapter to reinforce knowledge. The price was reasonable. Customer service quickly responded to questions. Quizzes and tests can be retaken if needed.

Amanda S.
Decently priced compared to others. Easy to navigate site. Down side is that the site underwent maintenance during my time and I was not able to access my course for awhile and I was in a time crunch to get this done before a deadline. Also, do not like that it takes 24 hours to receive your certification of completion. With email, this should be available immediately.
Response from 247driveJan 26, 2021
Thank you for your great review, Amanda! We appreciate your feedback and wanted to offer a little insight. We apologize for the temporary service disruption and website availability you experienced. We hope you were not too inconvenienced as our web developer performed necessary website maintenance and upgrades. The 24-hour delivery time of the certificate of completion falls in line with our mandated course completion reporting to the DMV—we are required to report the student passing the final exam and completing the course within 24 hours of the student successfully passing the final exam. We do not issue certificates until that mandatory reporting has occurred. Often times we complete the course completion transmission and issuance of the certificate of completion shortly after the student passing the exam.
