For the most part the course was put together very well. But I noticed offensive statements regarding uneducated, white males that make up for the most accidents and aggressive driving. Ethnicity shouldn't be a part of the course. Especially in this time for the Nation.

Thank you for your awesome review, Andrew! We greatly appreciate your feedback and wanted to provide a little insight into the training materials you mentioned. The current political climate is quite volatile, and we take great measures with our training materials to remain neutral and report statistics as factually accurate. The materials you reference with respect to ethnicity are supported by statistical data gathered from traffic summonses issued in Virginia for aggressive driving. The Virginia Highway Safety Office, part of the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles, gathers this information and publishes it annually in their "Virginia Traffic Crash Facts" report. The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles mandates that all driver improvement programs in Virginia provide training on elements and factors of aggressive driving, and our module on aggressive driving mentions the make-up of the most common offenders of aggressive driving as reported in the "Virginia Traffic Crash Facts" report. We recognize people's opinions and feelings on this matter and simply report the materials as factually accurate as possible. 247drive

Lots to read and cram, but it’s what you need to pass the exam, because there’s many trick questions.

Useful course and information, but too much-repeated content. Presentation could be enhanced and summarized to avoid all the redundancy.

Well put together, highly informative and engaging Considering that the course Introduction indicated at the beginning that the course would be interactive I assume the main focus of interaction is found in the Quiz material. It was good to receive immediate feedback from an answer choice as I progressed through the material. Although there more than likely is not a solution to this, the course was 98% in written form, which can become a bit tedious. Perhaps including videos which include actual crash footage or interactive role playing regarding various distraction scenarios might be helpful. I enjoyed the ride along video the most. To be a bit more challenging, some of the tested content should only be available in the videos. The course was very well written in a collegial format that did not speak down to the participants and some of the multiple choice options were hilarious. Even though I have been driving for over 50 years, I learned a lot of interesting things in the course.

I think for the most part this is an excellent course. It's laid out well, and the information is very good and current. I do however think some of the answers were somewhat confusing and I don't know if they were "consistent throughout as referenced. But, I would say the course was a great refresher even if someone were not taking it as a court required course or a course to get "good points" on driving record.
