Organized and easy to use + audio w/ PDF avail.
I enjoyed this learning experience. The modules are organized and easy to read on a browser or you can download/print the PDFs. The YouTube videos are helpful, and transcripts are available. Spend the extra dollars for the audio. An active timer monitors progress. The 50-question final exam reflects some previous quiz questions, but not always. Support is responsive. I posted a question to the online help folks, and heard back within a few hours.

Thank you for your awesome review, Jeffery! We are excited to hear that the course format worked well for you. We appreciate your words of support! Thank you also for lauding our customer service--our staff works hard to exceed your expectations. We know you have your choice of online driver improvement clinics to choose from. Often a student will select one company over another based on price. We believe we offer the best product at reasonable rates, and we are certainly glad you chose us and are showing us the love! We don't think you could pay us a better compliment! 247drive

It was a well made course. It was a decent amount of work but I learned a lot and am so thankful for the opportunity to take this class from the comfort of my own home.

Easy to use
Easy to use. Clear enough. It was a little hard to fill in my 8 hours after I read through everything thing once.
Response from 247driveDec 16, 2022
Thank you for your great review, Jill! We are happy to hear that the course was clearly laid out and easy to use. We also wanted to provide a little insight to the course materials. Virginia DMV regulations require all students enrolled in an online driver improvement course to complete a minimum of 8 hours in the course and to successfully pass a final exam in order receive credit for the driver improvement course. All materials presented in the course have been reviewed and vetted by the Virginia DMV, to include all questions in the module review quizzes and final exam. The course materials are designed to span over 8 hours. We recognize that students learn at different paces; we are glad you were able to fill the remaining and then pass the final exam. 247drive

The process was relatively easy and simple! The only issue I had was the typos (some of which were in headers and titles).
