Katara contacted me soon after I inquired. She was very helpful and had andwers for all my questions. She gave me time to think about my purchase with her. She followed up as I had anticipated and I purchased the product from her

Derek , answered all my questions, took time for me to decide whether or not to go forward with the idea of a portable device!

Katara the agent on the line very informative very friendly got me set up right away with the type of machine I was looking for light weight and portable. She answered all my questions. Told me she was there to assist me anytime to feel free to cotact her .The idea that it could be shipped overnight was a plus since I had broke the one I was using. I would recommend this company on the customer service when the machine arrives i will update my experience My only complaint is that it's a little pricey but if everything continues like it has so far it will be worth it

Matt was great,he stayed in contact with me throughout the process and made things simple at a stressful time. He offered me several options until we found one that worked for me. I felt that he cared that I got the product that I needed.

I understand I was given extra batteries and it is a used machine but operation is poor. The control panel doesn't work most of the time. I have to disconnect the battery to get it to shut off. Sometimes it does mostly it doesn't. For the amount I paid I think I couldhave done much better else where.
