Derrick was so courteous and professional, and he answered all my questions and got me set up with a new portable unit that I sorely need, and I’ve been waiting for months from another company. I really appreciate his help.

Very unhappy that I was told my portable concentrator would be sipped overnight by Emily. Called today (Sat, Oct 10, 2026) and the guy did not want to "take the time to look up the shipping info^ for me saying he was the only one working. Seriously? Who keeps a loser like that employed? Very rude to a cash paying customer and I am extremely pissed. I truly hope the people higher up can figure out this person's name and demote or fire him. He is not customer-friendly whatsoever. I hope I am the one to undo his employment with you. Cindy R.
