I bought a Liberty 2 from First Class Medical and have nothing but problems with it. I paid $90 for shipping to have them repair it and they said it works fine and sent it back. It vibrates like a freight train so noisy you can’t sleep. They do not stand behind their warranty at all.

The buy back program is a rip off. We spent $3500 for an oxygen generator that was more portable for my wife to use when we went someplace . We had it for about 40 days. My wife passed away so I called them about buying it back. I was offered up to $450. Less if they could find any reason to knock the price down more. I told them I wasn't interested.

If I could give 1st Class Medical a “0” I would. BUYER BEWARE! I purchased an Inogen, and when it needed repair, they told me the machine had been discontinued and could Not be repaired. Main Clinic Supply proved that to be a lie when they repaired my Inogen and returned the machine to me within 48 hours. Admittedly I believed 1st Class Medical when they told me my Inogen couldn’t be repaired, and purchased another $2,000+ machine from them. I sent the new machine in for repair and did not receive the same machine back! I placed identifying marks on the outer case of my machine before I sent it, because I knew they had lied before. I called FCM and was completely ignored. I emailed pictures to show them. The representative stated over and over that she didn’t understand my concerns. My concern was/is I want MY machine back. Again, I emailed them pictures! I urgent you to learn from my mistakes. Do Not have any business dealings with this company.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Shady practices at best. My 85 year old mother ordered herself a portable oxygen machine from 1st Class Medical and I use the term loosely. Call for a sale and they pick right up. Call for customer service and you get second rate customer service agents on low quality equipment making it impossible.to hear What's more, they do.not take or keep notes so you need to start over each time because they don't call you back as promised. This vendor does not stand behind its products. First of all, they tell you you are outside of the 30.day return window from.the date of purchase vs. receipt. I told them nice try (twice). Then I told them.to.try again with the date of delivery. Finally agreed we could return the faulty product, which burned up when plugged into the car charger. I did not feel.safe bringing the device into my mother's home with oxygen tanks for fear it would.causr an explosion. Finally, when I was put through to the return department (what does that tell you?) who would.not.send us a prepaid label + I was told there would be a RESTOCKING fee of 25 % for amunti.that was burned up! AND that I had to pay for the return out of pocket.

I bought a refurbished Arya Q from 1st class medical in April of 2025. I was told it had a 3 year warranty. I didn’t even use it 20 hours total and it quit working properly. It would run but the green indicator light showing oxygen production wouldn’t light up. I contacted the company and was informed I would need to pay to ship it back and be charged $390 to have new sieve beds installed. That is no warranty in my book! It’s a rip off! I sent an email asking if they would buy it back since they sell refurbished machines and never got a response. Poor business practices in my opinion.

If I could give a Zero Star I would. Worst customer service ever. Received a $2500 unit that did not work on the plane and batteries failed. Returned the unit for a full refund. Had the nerve to charge a restocking fee for the machine that could have killed my husband during the 6 hour flight. Filed a complaint with the BBB. They charge the restocking fee if you do not return in 5 days. Impossible if you receive it, use it, it fails and want to return it. Will never get back in 5 days. Terrible!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a unit 3 months ago for over 2000 dollars. The unit has a 3 year warranty and is already messed up. I called for the warranty issues and the lady rudely told me that they won't honor the warranty and that I will have to pay for the repairs out of pocket. Unfortunately I'm a disabled veteran that can't afford to fix or buy a new unit. Please save yourself a lot of headaches and don't use this company!!!
