I was so worried about purchasing the mobile unit for my Dad because it was such a big purchase. But Chris met our needs with ease. He was very knowledgeable and helped guide us with our machine. He was very friendly and helped explained things where my 86 yr old Dad could understand. Thank you so much and we look forward to my Dad having a somewhat better quality of life.

I bought a refurbished Arya Q from 1st class medical in April of 2025. I was told it had a 3 year warranty. I didn’t even use it 20 hours total and it quit working properly. It would run but the green indicator light showing oxygen production wouldn’t light up. I contacted the company and was informed I would need to pay to ship it back and be charged $390 to have new sieve beds installed. That is no warranty in my book! It’s a rip off! I sent an email asking if they would buy it back since they sell refurbished machines and never got a response. Poor business practices in my opinion.

It was easy to ask the questions, order the needed equipment and have the company get in touch with my doctor.
