As someone that has been using different companies to host my Development Servers and Game servers for me and my friends. I can happily say that I love how their systems work and most of all how clean their client dashboard is. I have not had any issues with my VPS as yet, and I do not expect too in the near future. Their customer support is amazing, Whenever that I have had questions regarding a game server that is being a pain, they are always there to help me out. -- MrOwenc

I bought this server from then and had trouble loading the files they needed. I explained to them that I need extra help. Monkey went in and took care of everything and had it running in no time. The server is so fast booting up. Wished I could give these guys a 10. Very recommended.

I've already opened 2 support tickets and although MonkeyWhisper has a lot on his plate, he always answered very quickly. He is very very friendly and professional. I've only heard good things about the servers so far, which is why I will definitely order my main server in addition to my test server :) ( GOOGLE TRANSLATOR :D )

I ordered a dedicated server for $226.57 after waiting 24 hours after purchase i was tagged in a ticket in their discord and told that the product i ordered was not in stock and that they would need to transfer me to a different location for MORE money. I said i didn't want to do that. I requested to just get a refund so i could find service elsewhere. Then the owner "MonkeyWhisper" replied back very rudely saying he was banning from the discord and if i wanted to request a refund goto the website. I created a ticket on the site requesting a refund explaining what happened, and they i got a email with a response on the ticket i click the link and MY ACCOUNT WAS BANNED on the website?? Got another email a day later saying the ticket closed due to no response for 24 hours. He also banned me from the ProjectSloth discord preventing me from using there products also.. All because i wanted a refund due to poor communication and rude customer service. This review is being written so far after it happened because i was trying to buy a lifetime membership for a discord bot today unknowingly it was linked through the projectsloth discord that i cannot join. Great job taking business away from not just your own business but someone else's also @monkeywhisper.. Edit in response: Purchase date and time: Oct 4, 2022, 1:23 PM Refund request date and time: Oct 6th, 2022 2:03 PM. Hmm more then 48 hours after purchase. Seems valid to request refund after the quoted time.

Originally purchased a VPS. I received it practically instantly. Was blown at that. Got the product that I ordered. Ran into an issue a little issue. I used the guide they supply which has a lot of good information. Was still unable to figure it out. Reached out for support Monkey was very helpful to correct the issue. Fast forward a week or so later. Decided to change my mind and swap to a dedicated. Again Monkey walked me through everything. Moral of the story. I now use a 1of1 Dedicated server that is great. Speeds are fantastic. On a side note. I noticed at the time of this posting there is two bad reviews. One stuck out more then the other. I just want to chime in on that. These guys are bombed with stupid question after stupid question all day long with Project Sloth. Then I turned around and bombed Monkey with stupid questions. Give them a break. They deal with stupid all day long and then offer a great product at a great price. Just give it a try!

1 of 1 server has never let me down. The uptime of their services is AMAZING! I highly recommend switching to 1 of 1 if you haven't already. From buying the VPS to getting it setup in a matter of minutes, you don't need to message them to have it setup all you need to do is follow the setup guide and your service will be up in a few minutes.

Very kind and helpful, going onto 3 months now and monkey has been able to help us figure out things, and we appreciate everything him and his staff have done highly recommended 1of1 servers.
