Working with these guys on getting my service set up has given me hope for the future. I have used a few different server hosting companies in the past and from what I have seen no where offers the amount of juice you get from a 1of1 server for the very affordable low pricing. This goes to show that 1of1 servers cares more about the community than the money. The service I was provided was superb and they ticked all the boxes for me. They were professional, polite, and patient. We had some minor set back that were out of their hands but they went the extra mile to make us feel at ease for the set backs. I really can not see why people would even consider another hosting company. If you read this please do yourself the favor and pull the trigger on setting up with these guy I promise you for the price you pay you will get a steal on the awesome products and customer service they provide.

This company is by far the best. Their customer support is phenomenal. When you make a ticket, they respond to you within the hour with the most helpful solution. Their other services for FiveM are also amazing. They believe that free is the way to go. They obviously have to make money, but they are willing to work with you no matter what it is. 10/10 props to you guys.

I wanted to get two dedicated servers at their VA locations. I filled out the form on the website and included credit card info, etc. I have used this card with many vendors and never had a problem. When I clicked submit, it came back saying fraud alert and it wanted a picture of me, my credit card, my driver's license, and a picture of "proof of payment" but there was no explanation for what that was. Like maybe an old credit card invoice? But I don't do paper billing. The page was accessing the camera through the browser; there was no apparent way to upload anything. That seemed to mean that I was supposed to show a paper document to the camera, the way I had shown my driver's license to the camera. I couldn't make sense out of it, so I tried support. The support person either gave terse and unhelpful answers, or else ignored my questions completely. Then he went away for an hour. When he came back, it was simply to rephrase his previous unhelpful answers. This is a transcript of the support chat: ------ Go ahead, ask us anything! me: What is proof of payment You are asking for a picture of proof of payment but you don't say payment of what. I have no idea what you want to see. 1of1servers: Hi, Proof of payment is essentially proof that the payment has gone through, a screenshot showing pending, etc. What you provide is up to you. me: So like I could go to my bank's website and screenshot a transaction? 1of1servers: What is this related to? Do you have a pending order that was flagged for Fraud? me: Yes Trying to get 2 servers in VA 1of1servers: Okay, provide me with the order # or invoice # me: Order Number: xxx961 1of1servers: Okay, there's qi There's quite a bit of discrepancies with this order, go ahead and submit the verification and I can check it further. me: What kind of discrepancies? I use this card all the time. I did however put in a different email address than usual. Still not sure what I am supposed to submit. An email from you guys? 1of1servers: Submit the verification and I can check it further. You did receive an email, but the documents needs to be submitted from the online portal. me: So what documents to I submit? I am totally unclear. I got 5 emails from you. 1of1servers: Go to your Billing Portal and submit the requested information there. me: 1) I don't know what the "billing portal" is. I am still trying to submit the pictures; is that the billing portal? 2) I still don't know what the request information is. What is a "proof of payment"? Payment of what? Proof how? 1of1servers: I already informed you what proof of payment is, read above in our chat. You can log into the billing portal from the main website [company website], is titled Client Login me: You said "proof the payment has gone through." If you mean proof that the credit card I gave has been charged, well, it hasn't been charged yet. 1of1servers: Go up and read again, I said pending. I won't engage in a back and forth with you. If you want to submit the documents, great, if not, that's fine as well. Have a great day. me: It's not pending either. Nothing shows up in the bank website. Ok it looks like the invoice is showing "canceled" for some reason. That would explain why the bank never got anything. [over an hour goes by] 1of1servers: Okay, that don't matter. As stated above, you can still provide proof of payment, you can also include a picture of the card that will be used for the payment (showing last 4 digits) that's consider proof of payment. me: Yes, I submitted a photo of my card before I started the support chat. I still don't know what "proof of payment" is supposed to refer to, given that there is no evidence of my card being charged on the bank website. At this stage I am no longer interested in doing business with your company. Good day.

These guys really care for their customer! Kept me updated throughout the entire setup process and made it so extremely easy to switch providers. I highly recommend their services to anyone using another service provider!

I have to start by saying "1 of 1 Servers" is the best provider I've been with in over a year in the space. Not to mention they have the best cost to performance ratio I've seen. For example, I'm currently on the Turtle VPS where I get the same amount of RAM, vCPU Cores, and Storage, but the hardware is better and HALF the price I was paying elsewhere. On top of improved hardware, network speeds and DDoS protection is insanely better than my previous provider. It may seem as if I'm unhappy with my previous VPS provider but that's not the case at all as I was truly happy with them. It just goes to show how good "1 of 1" is. Need help with your server? "1 of 1" has support for that with extremely knowledgeable individuals. In addition to this, they have a documentation page which is filled with guides to help you along the way. Need server files moved? "1 of 1" can do that. Want to setup your server with ESX/QBCore, and also sync it with Github? "1 of 1" has a service for that too. To sum everything up, "1 of 1 Servers" has been the absolute best in the space, along with Project Sloth, as it's truly a 1 stop shop. If your considering any other provider, stop now and look into "1 of 1."

Best hosting I switched to! Anything I needed help, with support was there even if it was late or early in the morning. I definitely recommend their services even if you are new to this stuff 100000000/100000000
