I have worked with 1 of 1 servers on and off since 2023. The staff is very helpful, the servers have great uptime. I unfortunately during my last run of my server had a lot of issues, which were likely bad luck. I had to switch from Virginia to Texas for my provider multiple times due to technical issues. After everything was finally sorted, my vpn ended up getting corrupted on their side and I lost all of my files. After outage after outage everytime I tried to work, I decided it was time to move on and I decided to end my subscription and not begin another with any other companies. I had great luck with them in the past, great uptime, I honestly believe it was just bad luck on my end. I adore the staff, and they always try their hardest to help in anyway they can. Grateful for the time I had with them. Looking into my past screenshots, I realized I was a part of a major incident in September. The maintenance report stated, " This is the first hardware drive failure we've encountered in three years since launching our company, and we are committed to improving our disaster recovery plan to prevent future incidents." Super unfortunate that a lot of data was lost during this, and it was my own fault for not having a backup of my database and only of my files. (I was only on a dev server at the time thankfully, so I can't complain too much.) Service ended in September 2024, Just now writing review in December 2024. Edit : I would like to mention that throughout these periods of difficulty, 1 of 1 servers always communicated problems thoroughly. Through major issues, we were also financially compensated! I'm glad they mentioned that, as I forgot to. I can't stress enough the importance of backing up both your files on Github or another platform, as well as your SQL files / database! I would like to change my review up to a 4.5 stars <3 Appreciate you guys and the dedication you have for your hosting.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this thoughtful and honest review. First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your last run with us. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with multiple disruptions, and we're truly sorry for the impact it had on your work. Regarding the incident in September, you are absolutely right—one of our SSD NVMe drives failed unexpectedly. While we perform quarterly inspections of all our drives and this particular one was at 97% health, hardware failures can still occur, and unfortunately, it was an unlucky break. We take full responsibility for this, and as you mentioned, we waived your next month’s bill in full as compensation. While we know it doesn’t bring back the lost data, we hoped it could ease some of the frustration. That said, your point about backups is incredibly valid. Regardless of the hosting provider, keeping regular backups of your files and databases is so important, and we encourage all of our clients to do so to avoid situations like this in the future. You were a client with us for 21 months, and we’re incredibly grateful for the trust you placed in us during that time. It’s clear from your review that you’ve been understanding and patient even during a difficult period, and we cannot thank you enough for that. If you ever decide to return, please know that our doors are always open, and we’ll be more than happy to help facilitate your next project. We’d love the opportunity to show you the level of service we strive for every day. Thank you again for your kind words about our staff and for being such a valued client. We wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors.
