The interactions I have had with the team has been awesome and I've always gotten support when I've needed it. They are always there to help. The servers rarely go down and the few times it does the team is always there to fix it and tell the community what the current status is. I have been a customer since July 2022 and I haven't had a single issue that hasn't been looked into instantly.

I have to be honest, I did not know what I was expecting when coming to 1of1. I came from another provider dealing with delayed ticket support and staff that took long during a huge issue we had with our servers and when I switch to 1of1 the support was fully capable of handling the support that was needed and fast to respond to any questions and assistance requested.
