Best DDOS Service! I've been with them for almost a year now, and previous providers, even at the high grade level, couldn't provide the type of customer service, and DDOS protection that 1of1 provides. Every other company gave me ran through with different tickets, and different levels of support, but with 1of1, it's just one simple place, and the response times and the level of support is unmatchable, simply because of how simply they provide the instructions, not even that. It's just clear rather than different websites and etc.

I've been with 1 of 1 Servers for quite a while now. Their customer service, hardware performance, and 0.001% downtime have been major factors in my decision to stay with them for my hosting needs. No matter the time of day, anything I need help with is quickly dealt with and I've never been treated poorly. It's difficult to find companies who truly care about their customers and aren't just trying to line their cash with pockets.

Support was nothing but amazing, getting back to a ticket issue almost immediately and going above and beyond to ensure that I had little to no downtime during fixing the issue at hand. I've used many different server hosts throughout the years, and 1 of 1 has by far shown the most helpful and quick reacting support by far. Despite their size of becoming one of the premiere server hosts on the market, they still provide small-time 1 on 1 support.

So I originally heard of 1of1 servers through project sloth's discord. I was looking to host my server with someone and since it came recommended via PS I was excited to give it a try. I got the "VPS Dog" package with them to host a fairly small FiveM server and while the server itself was good they never did the github installation that I was charged 19.99$ for. I was unsure of how their VPS worked and if I'd have the ability to download additional software or if it was as-is. I had opened a ticket prior to purchasing and was informed that they could do this Github install, so that was what I purchased. I purchased the server and got the emails that it was "almost ready." However, I never got a confirmation that it WAS ready because nobody had ever setup the github, so I set it up myself along with everything else with not even a response to an email or contact via discord so for the entire month I decide to continue using it as I had paid for it already and then without issue, I cancelled my services for the end of the term (never requesting a refund just cancellation) and I was subsequently banned from project sloths discord even though not a word was ever mentioned about this service, I never even once opened a ticket to inquire about the github cost. If you ask me they charge a decent price, but my lord their customer service is atrocious and all they do is point the finger at other people, banning a former customer because they cancelled their services without requesting a refund? I hope other people learn their lesson without having to spend money on a service that isn't worth their time. ------------------------------------------------- Edit : It's funny that you reply as you do because neither of your emails stated that, only your website stated to sync my service with Discord, so the lack of actually having those emails is on you, not me. It's also on the provider (you, if you weren't aware) to provide customer service and what's your excuse for never responding to your emails? Is that somehow my fault as well or are you going to blame someone else? Feel free to keep me banned, I wouldn't rejoin it if you invited me, I only mentioned it so people actually realized how nonsense and unprofessional your company is and how you act like someone leaving your company as a customer is an act against you even though they did nothing negative in your direction. You run your business like a 14 year old with anger issues which in all honesty, is just amusing. I can't wait to see this domain available in a year due to you pushing all your customers away! :)

Hi, My recommendation: Learn to read and follow instructions. You get 2 email telling you the following: First Email: If you purchase extra features like GitHub or server transfer among others, kindly initiate a ticket on our Discord for these to be implemented. Second Email: Add-Ons - For additions like GitHub, Virtualization, and other available add-ons, whether free or paid, please join our Discord and initiate a support ticket to begin. We also refunded your GitHub installation that we never completed when we read your cancellation notice request message. You never once bother to reach out and ask about this instead you just decided to cancel, my lord your thought process is atrocious. Yes, you may remain banned from PS and all of our projects. Best of luck.

For four years now, I've been with the same host. I simply add nodes as I need them for testing, development, and production. Over the past year and a half, I've been dealing with unfavorable situations (mostly relating to increasing costs) which has made me start looking at migrating my current projects to another provider. As a sole developer, I need to make sure my overhead is as low as possible for projects I take on. Over the past several months, around a half dozen friends have been giving me raving reviews about this host. Two of these friends I actively develop for on FiveM projects. Given the issues with my current host, I decided to dedicate some time to checking out this host. Joined Discord a few days ago so I could start learning about the service provider and on 4/23 I was banned for no reason. I opened up a web chat and spoke with Guille. He advised I was banned because I was a "possible alt, no mutual servers, prob competitor" which I'm not clear how that's bannable, but it is. There was no direct communication regarding the ban, which left a negative impression on me and surprised several of my friends who are current customers. He eventually unbanned me. No apology was given or anything. During our interaction, I felt rather uncomfortable and it was a very unwelcoming experience as I asked him questions. Many questions went unanswered. We eventually wrapped up the chat, and I began doing additional research on the provider as I have a few new projects starting up next week and thought I'd test one of their VPS options out. While shopping around, reading documentation, and learning more, I received a message via the same live chat system from Guille stating the following: - Response Begins - Hi Chris, Thanks for your review left on Trustpilot, we’ll be replying with this same message pretty much. Don’t bother ordering our services, we don’t want you as a customer. This is a notice that we have banned you from the Discord, again. Best of luck with your hosting project. - Response Ends - Essentially, I've been banned apparently for leaving my original review on Trustpilot. Suddenly, I'm starting to think a lot of the reviews for this provider may not be accurate or real. Those who leave bad reviews find themselves banned. Horrible experience, but at least there's no money lost. Sadly, I'll be stuck with my current host, but given what I've experienced, that's for the best. Given that I wasn't able to test anything they mention on their website or things my friends have told me, I don't feel comfortable stating them as fact in a review and have since fully modified this review to reflect only my experience with this provider. Some things worth mentioning from Guille's response below: "Chris told me in a live chat that he has been developing in FiveM for a decade, but his review says two decades, and his profile says 8 years. I've owned Project Sloth for four years now, which has 14k members, and I've never heard of Chris until just a few hours ago or seen any of his work at all, if any." Transcript states: "That's quite hostile especially for someone that's been developing on FiveM for almost a decade and pretty well known. I'll have to take that into consideration on my next move." - Isn't eight years almost a decade? Yes. Old Review: As for the service itself, I haven't tested it yet but plan to do so soon. With over two decades in development and insights from friends who use their hosting, here are my observations: - Review says two decades, but not for FiveM. Project Sloth: "I've owned Project Sloth for four years now, which has 14k members, and I've never heard of Chris until just a few hours ago or seen any of his work at all, if any." - This is an outright lie, I even had multiple roles in the Project Sloth Discord before I left a bunch of servers many months ago, including that one. I'm thrilled to hear you have 14k members though. Joshie always produces tremendous quality. As far as modifying my review, I truthfully didn't realize I could create a second review. I figured this was like Google, where you can only leave one review. Either way, I'm not able to confirm anything listed in my original review, therefore it's no longer relevant or accurate.

Hi Chris, Reading this review really makes me sad. We try really hard at 1of1 to keep our customers happy and maintain good relationships. This review is what entitlement looks like. I'm actually glad I had already banned him from our Discord. I wouldn’t want our staff to have to deal with someone like him. Chris told me in a live chat that he has been developing in FiveM for a decade, but his review says two decades, and his profile says 8 years. I've owned Project Sloth for four years now, which has 14k members, and I've never heard of Chris until just a few hours ago or seen any of his work at all, if any. I noticed that Chris rejoined our Discord, so I’ve banned him again with notice this time. We don’t want your business, Chris. You also lied and changed your original review, which originally praised us. You deleted how you said all your friends use us and think we’re amazing, because we are. Now you will never experience that. I’ll just post the original review below for reference with a link since I already made this message way too long.
