I was having difficulty ordering online due to the size of the order, and their three step verification on credit card orders. I called and spoke with Ted and he was very helpful in getting the order processed. We’ve ordered there before and decided to change out all of the lights to match. Very happy with the product.

Customer service is fantastic! I ordered my lights online from Capitol Lighting because my local store does not allow returns or order modifications. I realized the day after I placed an order that I had accidentally ordered the wrong size fixture. Capitol Lighting answered their phone immediately, a very helpful representative canceled my order for me and put me in contact with a sales rep who assisted me with ordering the correct size, even though it was not an item on their website. I had a 20% off first order coupon and they applied the discount to my new order no questions asked. And, to top it off, the original customer service rep called me later in the day to make I was able to get the correct order placed. Very impressive!
